I have loved every minute of my practice here in Seattle. I had had a plan in mind to retire in the next 2-3 years and thought that I would have more time to wind things down. Unfortunately, the events of the past year sped that up considerably.

The time has come to shift my focus and fully focus on building my online presence and continuing to help people live better, healthier, more complete lives.

While I may continue to practice abroad, and I may take occasional coaching and other appointments in my Westlake office in Seattle, I'll no longer be seeing clients on a regular basis.

BUT....!!! There is good news! I will be working on expanding my reach and ability to impact people's lives by creating a series of videos, tutorials, written checklists, and much much more that ANYONE, anywhere in the world will be able to benefit from! I will be using an online platform (most likely Playbookapp.io!!) to create all of this content and make it available to YOU... 24/7. I'm extremely excited about this new chapter. I hope you will join me!
